and Shipping Policies Shipping Policy:
Lavromá uses a number of different services to ensure the timely
delivery of your products. We keep a close eye on shipping costs
and monitor the condition of your package through your feedback.
In the event the shipping choice selected in the checkout process
is not available, you will be contacted for authorization *prior*
to your credit card being charged.
Lavromá makes every attempt to ensure on-time delivery of your
products. During certain months where there is increased shipping
volume, most carriers cannot (or will not) guarantee on-time delivery.
Once we transfer our shipments to the carrier, they are responsible
for setting schedules. Lavromá cannot control or foresee delays.
Lavromá will supply you with the tracking number that is provided
to us for your convenience. If you have any concerns, please contact
us and we will assist you in tracking your order.
If you require expedited shipping, your order must be to us by
2 p.m. Pacific Time to ensure same day shipment.
In general we do not ship to USPS P.O. boxes. If you have no other
option, please contact us at support@Lavromá.com.
Customer pays for all return shipping on products and services.
Original shipping is never refunded as it is a service that is
already performed.
Return Policy:
Lavromá manufactured products are handmade with only natural perseverates.
Water, air and dirty hands can cause contamination. All packages
are packed and sealed at our workshop. Once
they arrive at your shipping location and the shipping package
is opened, the following policy is in effect: No
Refunds - No Returns. However, if you believe
the product you ordered is damaged or defective, please contact
us within 72 hours of receiving your package so we can assess the
problems with you. Refunds may be considered, especially for non-Lavromá
(third party) manufactured goods such as clothing and other accessories.

Lavromá reserves the right to refuse any order, for any or no
reason.
If you need any information about product ingredients to help
you determine if a product is right for you (due to allergies,
sensitivities, etc.) please contact us either by phone or email.
Lavromá is not responsible for typographical or other errors
or omissions, including those relating to prices or other goods
and services.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately
by telephone. If your order has not already been process, we
should be able to make the changes.
All orders take 2-5 days processing time. You will not be charged
until your order is fulfilled. |
